A Combined Approach
In order to facilitate your recovery our osteopaths use hands-on manipulation and soft-tissue therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation advice. We also offer a range of other treatment modalities such as shockwave therapy, ultrasound, kinesio-taping and acupuncture.
We view our patients as individuals and consider your rehabilitation to be a two-way process. When advising on a management program we work with you to ensure that the process is as productive, effective and enjoyable for you as possible.

Sports people sometimes have a habit of ‘soldiering on’ when injured but this could simply be storing up problems for the future.
Also, most sporting injuries, particularly those with a long-term, cumulative picture, are the result of problems elsewhere in the body – i.e. away from the site of the actual injury.
