We offer a range of massage therapies at the clinic, helping us cater for your particular needs or requirements. See below for further details however if you are unsure which treatment you should choose then don’t hesitate to get in touch so that we can advise.
All of our massage therapists are highly skilled and all hold a Sports Massage qualification, meaning treatments can be tailored (and injury-focussed, if required) to your particular needs.
The length of your massage will be determined by you at the time of booking, however the pressure or depth of the massage can be directed by you by communicating with your practitioner prior to and during the treatment.

Swedish therapeutic massage is a soft or deep tissue massage using smooth gliding, kneading and cross-fibre techniques to ease tension from the muscles and stress from the body.
This massage not only promotes good circulation, but also helps with muscle tone and toxin elimination. This is a great treatment for everyone – including pre and post pregnancy – as an aid to relaxation and stress reduction.

Designed to alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort, This rejuvenating massage targets the deeper muscle structures and connective tissue of the body, helping athletes prepare for sports events and aiding in their recovery afterwards.
Advanced neuromuscular techniques and stretching are used alongside more traditional techniques to provide a deep and invigorating massage, encouraging the repair of damaged muscles and helping in the prevention of further injury.

Hot Stone Massage is a type of thermotherapy involving the application of smooth, flat, volcanic stones to various areas of the body. This therapy can help alleviate stress and depression and can also aid with sleep deprivation.
The combination of hot and cold stones, placed carefully on the body, promotes circulation and lymphatic flow, encouraging your body to detox by allowing the removal of waste from the tissues.

Sometimes known as a ‘chair massage’ this treatment uses Swedish massage techniques to ease stress and tension from the body, focussing on the shoulders, upper back, neck, jaw and face.
As well as helping with general stress and tension, this treatment can also benefit those who suffer with tinnitus and migraine-type headaches.

Reflexology is a type of massage therapy that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. The feet are a microcosm of the whole body and the therapeutic massage techniques that are employed are used on the areas that represent various parts, or organs, of the body.
Reflexology is known to improve mood, enhance relaxation and general well-being and can also aid sleep.
Although typically applied to the feet, Reflexology can also be conducted on the hands if a patient has particularly sensitive feet or a foot condition.
Our reflexologist, Jill, is a Member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) and has studied the relationship between Reflexology treatments and Infertility, Menopause, and Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Whilst is impossible to say whether Reflexology treatments are instrumental in the relief of these and other conditions, many people believe that the support that have received from an ARR Reflexologist has been of significant benefit to them. If a patient is going through IVF, the ARR Reflexologist observes protocols developed by the ARR which work in harmony with the brilliant work carried out by the patient’s Fertility Specialists.
As a complementary therapy, Reflexology is used in conjunction with medical practice, when required, and not in place of it.
