Osteopathy is a gentle, non-invasive manual therapy providing a safe and natural approach to healthcare and recovery from injury, without the need for drugs or surgery.
We are able to treat pain in all areas and all joints of your body. From neck pain and headaches to low back and pelvic pain. From shoulder, elbow and wrist pain to hip, knee and ankle pain.
Shockwave Therapy, or Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ECSWT), is a safe and evidence-based treatment which uses high energy sound waves to treat a range chronic Musculoskeletal problems.
Shockwave therapy is a highly effective, minimally-invasive, therapy and is an excellent alternative to steroid injections or surgery for a range of persistent conditions where other treatment options have failed.
Sports Therapy combines hands-on treatment with comprehensive exercise programmes to maximise the chances of recovery.
Although Sports Therapists are best known for their treatment of sports injuries, the scope of their expertise stretches considerably wider and they are able to treat a wide-range of work and general life-related problems
Although we don’t offer acupuncture as a stand-alone treatment, most of our osteopaths are trained in Western Medical Acupuncture, or ‘dry needling’ as it is also referred to this can be effective in treating ‘trigger point’ pain experienced in the muscles and joints and works by stimulating the nervous system and the blood flow to the effected region.
Massage can be used as a way of relieving muscle tension, promoting recovery from injury or simply as an aid to wellbeing and relaxation.
We offer a variety of massage therapies including Swedish Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage – and also Reflexology.
