We insist that all clinic users wear a face mask at all times whilst in clinic (If you are exempt from wearing a face mask then we ask you to wait outside the clinic and not in the reception area prior to your appointment)

We ask all clinic users to sanitise their hands upon entry to the clinic and again upon entry to the clinic room.

We advise all clinic users to come on their own to the clinic if at all possible and for those accompanying them to wait outside whilst they are in the treatment room.

We ask that anyone who is, or should be, self-isolating according to government guidelines to not attend the clinic.

We ask that if someone is self-isolating due to either themselves or someone in their household being tested positive for, or having symptoms of, Covid-19, then they will need to have been symptom free for at least 14 days prior to attending the clinic.
