I would highly recommend Chatteris Osteopath Clinic, after suffering for months with severe pain in my right arm and neck after just 3 sessions with Jacob I have not experienced any pain. Jacob was very professional and kept me informed at all times what he was doing , the difference is amazing , I can’t recommend the clinic enough . A full detailed treatment plan was put in place at the start and exercises have been given to help maintain the good work, highly recommend.

Honestly, the last seven weeks have been great. I visited Anthony with query Plantar Fasciitis which was then diagnosed as Plantar Fasciopathy alongside Calcaneal Bony Oedema. From the first consultation and the following five treatment sessions, Anthony’s clear passion in the interest of Osteopathy shone so brightly that my anxiety was diminished and I was at relative ease, which is something I’ve not experienced with anything medical before. Each movement, precise location, tool etc was explained in depth to give me a greater understanding, and with Anthony’s cool, calm and collected manner, was a pleasure. I’ve left with a greater understanding of the human body and how absolutely mental it is, and really enjoyed seeing how engrossed Anthony was in his chosen subject.The clinic itself is easily accessible, parking is on street but never caused us any issue - and the garage next door sells mega boxes of sweets! Price wise, I think it was more than fairly priced. I was quoted double the amount for the same treatment in Central Cambridge. I think that says it all!

First class, friendly and effective treatment at Chatteris Osteopaths. I’ve had issues with my neck and one shoulder going back years and never got anywhere with the GP.Following osteopathy and shock wave treatment with Lee, and sports therapy and exercise with Rowan last year things were dramatically improved.More recently, after I noticed some symptoms creeping back in, I’ve been seeing Khiaeasa for sports massage which has been a really great experience and I look forward to our sessions. I think she has magic hands ! She is always willing to listen to my explanations of exactly where the discomfort is and a few weeks on I now feel almost back to normal. Going forward I will be regularly checking back in with her to keep on top of it. A good tip is to pay for as many sessions as you can in advance - saves quite a lot, and you don’t need to book them until you are ready !

My Achilles tendonopathy improved immensely with shock treatment that Rowan administered along with his advice on exercises. I was able to ski without pain and the swelling has improved since then. I highly recommend Rowan.

I have just completed 5 sessions of shockwave therapy and sports therapy with Rowan at Chatteris Osteopaths. I needed help with an old gym injury that wasn't able to be identified by the NHS. They identified and diagnosed my issues to my teres major and minor, which also affected my hip and leg. The recommended treatment and exercise plans provided have significantly improved my symptoms, to a point where I am no longer in pain, and feel like my body is functioning correctly. The service provided was brilliant, and Rowan even went the extra mile and helped me find an Osteopath near to where I have recently moved to. He is a great guy who genuinely cares about your issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for osteopathic services to help with muscle injuries.

I have recently completed four sessions of physiotherapy for lower back pain with Aleta. At my first treatment, I was in a lot of pain but Aleta was incredibly reassuring and tailored her approach to account for this - I felt an immediate improvement and so much pain relief following my first visit. She recommended a range of exercises and stretches which helped accelerate my rate of improvement and strengthen my lower back to (hopefully) prevent future injury. She was also able to recommend different sleeping positions, ensuring I could be comfortable at night throughout my recovery. I would recommend Aleta without reservation.

I can’t recommend Chatteris Osteopath highly enough. I attended with chronic knee pain to the point where climbing stairs had become very hard work and even walking was painful.The team started me with physiotherapy sessions and then moved on to shockwave treatment, and wow — what a difference. I’m now pain-free, able to climb stairs easily, and I genuinely have the spring back in my step.The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and really take the time to tailor treatment to you. Fantastic service and amazing results — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Had been suffering with sciatica for some weeks before visiting GP, had a short meeting with NHS physio who advised a course of treatment, but unfortunately there was currently a 16 week waiting list. Decided to opt for a private analysis and selected Chatteris Osteopaths. Booked a review appointment with a physiotherapist. Aleta my physiotherapist, discussed my medical history and gave a thorough examination of mobility, pain areas. Explained what the issues were, what was causing it and best remedies. Visited her for a few weeks and had Shockwave treatment combined with muscle and tendon manipulation. Also gave me a range of exercises to do to strengthen back and leg muscles.Found Aleta very caring in her approach, preparing me for what she was going to do, and to let her know if she was causing pain.Very professional. After a few weeks I am significantly better.I would thoroughly recommend Aleta and Chatteris Osteopaths for treatment

I have arthritis in both knees and had the shockwave treatment on both. After the first treatment the pain in my left knee, which woke me up during the night, disappeared, I couldn't believe how quick it worked. I have 80% improvement in both knees, it will never be 100% as arthritis cannot be cured and they did say that at the beginning of my treatments. I had 5 sessions of shockwaves and 5 sessions of rehab, I am going back to have treatment on my hips next. Both Rowan, who did the shockwave treatment and Khiaeasa, who did rehab were friendly, professional and supportive throughout the treatments.

I have had severe neck and shoulder pain on and off for 10 years, I have seen neurosurgeon, orthopaedic surgeon, neurophysiologist, had nerve tests, had mri’s etc the works and no answers other than try physio. I was on long term major meds and struggled to drive at points (I’m a field based sales rep so not being able to drive is major) It’s been exceedingly limiting affecting all aspects of my life.Decided after seeing an ad for Chatteris Osteopaths to go for a consultation. Met with Lee who took lengthy notes and examination and he advised I could try 6 sessions of manual manipulation and assess after those. I already have a pulsed electro magnetic field mat at home which has helped so I was interested in ShockwaveLee suggested we try manual manipulation first as the way my symptoms were presenting was unusual, so I booked 6 sessions with Anthony once a week.Session 1 Anthony asked if I minded if he moved from neck and shoulder and headed for my diaphragm, there was an intense feeling in my shoulder as he worked on me and he explained that there’s a nerve (phrenic nerve) which carries signals from liver, kidney, spleen and can cause issues with neck and shoulderHe’s given me breathing exercises to do which, coupled with manual manipulation has led to a huge improvement for me. I’ve shifted from constant, ongoing, severe pain and no/limited sleep to much better sleep in terms of time asleep and quality of sleep, I am off all pain medication and now I’m getting twinges from time to time rather than the constant pain and I am now going to get my liver, diaphragm, gallbladder etc checked to see if there’s anything there which caused the painI completely recommend Chatteris Osteopaths and Anthony in particular as their holistic approach has started to get results which neither my GP or very expensive surgeons and consultants even suggested or thought of. I had been passed from specialist to specialist without any answers and at times thought I was going mad as no one could explain or treat the pain.Now I’m on the road to getting this sorted I met with Lee again after the 6 sessions and asked if there’s anything was benefit to a further course - we discussed what I was hoping to achieve and agreed to go for a further 6. He was very clear about the outcomes I could expect. So on top of excellent service and care they are not just saying try another course of treatment.

Following a sudden severe pain in my lower back I visited this clinic and was seen by Physiotherapist Aleta. She quickly diagnosed the cause of the pain and provided treatment along with a specific home exercise plan. After four sessions over three months the pain has gone and I am back to normal. Her excellent style of treatment has been very caring and efficient. Highly recommended.

I recently had an assessment of my arthritic knee to see what they could offer. I was fortunate enough to book 5 appointments with Khiaesa , this has worked out to be a fantastic improvement. You must follow her exercise program for your own sake and if like me you will see a real improvement in movement, strength and less pain. I can only recommend Khiaesa with my assessment of 10/10

After months of pain and pins and needles in my right arm i decided to contact Chatteris Osteopaths to see if they could do anything for me. I got an appointment with Anthony Moat and i explained my problem. Anthony told me that it was most probably a trapped nevre in my back and upper right shoulder. Over the next couple of months i had treatment using Shock Wave treatment and other methods which after a while started to ease the pain. I have now finished my course of treatment and no longer have the pins and needles or pain.I was and am very happy with the treatment and results and would definatly contact Anthony should i have any problems.I found Anthony to be very professional, helpful and easy to talk too.I highly recomend Chatteris Osteopaths should you have the need.Many thanksG Driver..

I damaged my back 5 weeks ago and suffered the most excruciating pain in the sciatic nerve down my left leg making it almost impossible to walk, sit or sleep . I have delayed writing this review because I wanted to see the long term effects of the treatment I have received before doing so. I contacted Chatteris Osteopaths after experiencing knee pain. I suspected arthritis and it was confirmed. I had to give up running which I really enjoyed doing. The programme of treatment I received at the clinic was excellent and included shockwave therapy. As a result, I have managed to gradually resume running again, which I honestly thought I would never be able to do again. Lee and Rowan were honest with me, saying they couldn't take the arthritis away but they could take away a lot of the pain. They have done an excellent job and my left knee continues to be almost 100% pain free despite me running again.

I had an rtc in July 2023 which left me with hip and right leg pains daily. This became worse from this injury from the shunt at 50mph, I initially saw IDD therapy and booked an appointment to see what or if it could help. Following a consultation with Lee, he did a thorough history of everything and examined me as well we then discussed all options available and decided on a course of Shockwave therapy to see if this would help, this was agreed and we booked the weekly sessions. Some of them did make me bruise and sore but it was bare able each time. I have now completed the course and I am beyond grateful as to how much this has helped me. I would 100% recommend Lee and shockwave as a course of treatment to anyone who suffers from pain on a daily basis. So all I can sign off with it's thank you Lee 😊 I am so happy with the results that this has given me.

I visited Chatteris Osteopaths after struggling with prolonged hip pain that was affecting not only my golf, but also my work life and day-to-day living. I was treated by Rowan Dowlut, a sports therapist, who took the time to explain everything clearly as we went through the diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to his expertise, I am now pain-free for the first time in over a year. I began suffering from lower back pain in May this year. After a month the pain was not going away, so I decided to book in with Khiaeasa at Chatteris Osteopaths as the pain was preventing me from doing my daily activities. Within 2 sessions Khiaeasa was able to greatly reduce my discomfort, and also sent me a detailed plan that included exercises to try at home to help further. My back is now 80%-90% better after only 4 sessions, and the home exercises really help. I highly recommend this clinic and Khiaeasa for any problems with back or muscle pains!

I am over the moon with the treatment I have received in clinic. I had shock wave therapy and EMTT . I had horrendous pain in mu tail bone and wasn’t able to stand after sitting at all, after 3/4 sessions I was able to work and stand pain free. Well worth the money and I will return if I ever get any pain again.

I felt so comfortable in my appointments with Khiaeasa, enough to be honest about how frequently I could commit to doing physio exercises and have a genuine discussion about what would be a realistic, achievable plan for me and one that I could stick to. This was the first time that I really felt listened to and understood by a physio and looked forward to appointments instead of dreading them. I can't recommend Khiaeasa enough as such a caring, knowledgeable, and professional person, I'm so thankful that my knee is healed and I can continue to strengthen it!

I’ve been suffering with arthritis in both shoulders for some years and despite regular visits to the gym, it was giving me constant pain and limiting the movement of my arms. After seeing an article on Facebook I contacted Chatteris Osteopaths, for the past three months I’ve been working with Lee and Rowan.I can honestly say I’ve experienced about an 80% reduction in pain, plus a considerable improvement in my arm movements. This was achieved by combination of Lee’s machine treatments on my shoulders and Rowan’s program of Rehabilitation exercises. The pain levels have reduced considerably and although the arthritis cannot be cured, the work the guys have done has really improved my quality of life.

I had a course of 5 shock wave therapy sessions by Anthony at Chatteris Osteopaths for treatment of tennis elbow. It's flared up many times in the past and has this time round has been bad for more than a year. I like to go to the gym and the pain was extremely limiting on things like dumbbell curls and particularly 'Zottoman Curls' to the extent that I just couldn't do them. I must admit that I was skeptical before the treatment commenced and didn't believe that it could make much difference but was prepared to try it in the hope of relief. The results are extraordinary and there is no pain at all in the joint. I've really been hammering the curls this past week to see if I could experience anything negative and am happy to report that I couldn't. I'd highly recommend Anthony and this form of treatment if you are experiencing similar issues.

I have just completed a sports therapy course of treatment with khiaeasa Dilley.My pain is 90% improved, previous to this I was on the verge of giving up running, as the pain was just getting worse to the point that walking was also painful and I was uncomfortable when sleeping.Now I can walk without pain, and am building up my runs again (slowly)This isn’t miracle treatment, you need to regularly do the exercises prescribed, but it’s definitely worth it. Wish I’d done it earlier before the pain got so bad.Thank you khiaeasa.

Wow….what can I say, after 30 years of knee pain and 3 operations, with the treatment from Rowan I can now walk with no pain. Biggest achievement so far is doing 12,697 steps in one day. Rowan is a fantastic therapist and each time I have been I have felt welcome and relaxed, each treatment is worth the discomfort because I know I will walk out better than I walked in. Highly recommend the Shockwave treatment and wished I had done it years ago. Thank you Rowan so much for your help and support x

Booked my 15yr old son in with khiaeasa, he plays a lot of cricket and was suffering with shoulder and lower back pain, she’s been fantastic for him and helped him so much, she listened to him and took a keen interest in his sport and finding out what he does and how would be the best way to go about treating him giving him specific exercises to work on at home and also hands on treatment which has massively helped him. Would highly recommend for anyone who plays sports get booked in with khiaeasa.

I came in with a hip injury which just wasn’t getting better. Lee and his team assessed me and created a plan for therapy and rehab. A few months on and I am now back at the gym and working pain free. Would highly recommend.

I saw Lee for 3 sessions over a month with a elbow muscle issue which was difficult to locate. But lee managed to get to the issue and after 3 sessions I no longer needed to go back. I booked to see Lee as I was having trouble with my knee whilst running. Lee quickly diagnosed the problem was with my hip which was in turn affecting my knee. I had a course of shock wave therapy which was quick and painless just felt like a firm tapping sensation. After 3 sessions, a strict regime of strength and conditioning exercises (which I made sure I was very disciplined with) and a gradual back to running plan I’m now after 3 months running longer and stronger than I was before the injury. I felt comfortable during my visits. The clinic is very clean and professionally run at all times. I’m ecstatic that I’m back on form again thank you 😊

Being a nurse in the NHS I’ve had back pain for years, after a few days of acute pain and being unable to move I made an appointment too see Lee.
Within a few minutes of my appointment he knew exactly where my pain was and how to treat it. After the first treatment I was feeling better and after my second my back has never felt so good.

Having a desk job I've always had trouble with my back as well as neck and shoulders. Of course right now the usual exercise classes aren't running so I'm moving much less. So glad I've tried out Lee Harvey at Chatteris osteopaths! From not being able to walk upright when I get there to standing up again properly after a session is an amazing result.

We visit David Hattersley. We have known him since he was our GP, forty years ago. Always the same, very gentle, no rush, understands the body inside out, and reads you as a person. I had acupuncture on my hip, and it helped tremendously within 24 hours. In the past he has helped me, and my family on numerous occasions. I just hope he keeps going for many years to come.

He showed me/ explained some exercises that will help with the movement. The advice and service is done in a friendly manner with clear explanations. Today was my first ever video consultation. I am not terribly good at technology but managed to get connected for the consultation. Lee took me through my history and then he got me to do a range of movements to establish the problem. He also explained very well how to press on certain areas to feel if it was painful. He then explained the problem and demonstrated some exercises I can start off with. Little and often is the key. Thanks Lee for your helpful instruction and great tips on how to carry out the exercises. I look forward to the next video meeting and hope the exercises will have started to make a difference. Second video appointment today and whilst there is no doubt that the current situation forced upon us by Covid19 is challenging, the video appointments are really good as Lee is able to observe progress and build a bespoke program of exercises to help. I feel more mobile than last week so hopefully small steps towards a final goal....thanks to Lee for his efforts.

Just had a video telehealth appointment with Chatteris Osteopaths to try and and sort out pain......Lee was fantastic working with the technology to help me understand the pain and gave me sound advice and exercises to try and work towards resolution. I have to admit I was not sure that the telehealth was going to work but I came away from it really impressed.
We are all hugely thankful for all that our NHS are doing for us, but I also wanted to say thanks to people like Lee who are working to support the health and care community in this strange world that we find ourselves in. I cannot thank lee enough as due to his honesty with me and persistence on my behalf with the GP he got me referred for an ongoing (3 yrs) back problem, which after very speedy Mri scans I was found to have a tumour crushing my spinal chord which just this week has been removed just 1 week after the Mri scans and I am now hoping to be home Friday and cracking on with the long road to recovery... and who knows hopefully playng football again in the future 👌👌👌1st class service, top top bloke as are all the peeps there, I really really cannot express my gratitude or recommend these guys enough, thanks for giving me my life back x

We would certainly recommend Lee, took our 14 year old son who we thought was struggling with ‘growing pains’ for advice. During consultation turned out it was hip related after some treatment, advice & exercises to do at home our son can now return to his sports pain free.

I went with a shoulder injury at the start of August where I could hardly move my arm due to the restrictions in the shoulder, it's now about 6 weeks since my initial consultation and now have full mobility and no pain after a few sessions with Lee (osteopath). I recently had an operation that has left me with severe pain in my shoulder. I contacted Chatteris osteopaths following a recommendation and cannot praise them enough. From the friendly receptionist to meeting Lee, who treated me with dignity and respect during my consultation despite the fact that I was an emotional wreck. The treatment I am receiving has eased the pain and made life bearable again. So only two words to say, thank you. I strongly recommend Lee and his colleagues at Chatteris Osteopaths. I have had cause to use them over the course of the last few years for a variety of back and foot pain, strains and stiffness. The demands of everyday modern life, computer posture, driving, wrong exercise, and of course the ageing process take their toll. From my experience GPs tend to provide pain killers or refer you to physiotherapists. The former treat the symptoms but rarely the cause and physiotherapy hasn’t worked for me in the past.
The combination of osteopathic and other complementary therapies have always ‘done the trick’ for me. For those who have benefitted from treatment you will probably agree with me but for those who have yet to try this method give it a go. It’s so much better than putting up with niggling pains and discomfort.

So I was told I needed an op to fix a slipped disc, this petrified me so I decided to call on Lee and ask if he could fix me without having to have the op to which he said yes of course this is possible. I started treatment in October and by the end of November I was already standing straight and pain in my ankle/leg/back was minimal! I still see Lee and this is something that I will always do to keep on top of any future problems, I can not fault Lee or his staff they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. I suffer with health anxiety and an op is something I really did not want, Lee has changed my life around for the better and I am truley greatful! Thank u �

Went to see Lee because of lower back and pelvis pain that was steadily getting worse and reducing my mobility and quality of life. I have always tried to keep fit, but the pain was preventing me from any form of exercise including basic everyday activities. After a free 15 min consultation Lee quickly diagnosed a problem with my hip, causing pain in my back and pelvis. I booked in for my first session which included acupuncture and was amazed how much better I felt after one thirty minute session. Lee recommended a follow up session a week later. Two sessions with Lee and I am almost back to normal, but I have decided to attend the Pilates sessions run by the clinic. A big thank you to Lee, a genuine chap that can work miracles; also a big thumbs up to all the admin staff who have been helpful, professional and friendly. A great team!

I had a badly trapped nerve that was causing me real pain in my neck, shoulder and down my arm. I went to see Lee Harvey for treatment. He massaged me (which I won't lie, hurt, but I knew it was for the greater good) and clicked my neck, back and arm. The next couple of days I was achey from the treatment, but as soon as that faded I was 100% fixed.
I've just been back for a massage before I go on holiday (As I felt a little achey from a day of bad posture at my desk) and have once again left feeling great. I can't recommend Lee Harvey and the clinic enough.
